By downloading, installing, or using NotchX you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License
NotchX grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application on Apple-branded hardware you own or control. This license is for one user; you may install it on up to 3 of your own Mac computers.
You may not sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or distribute the application to third parties.
Free Trial
NotchX offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial period ends, continued use requires the purchase of a license. Your settings and data are preserved regardless.
Purchases & Refunds
The license is a one-time purchase of $9.99 USD processed through Lemon Squeezy. If you are unsatisfied within 14 days of purchase, contact josecf.09.02@gmail.com for a full refund.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the application and its content are and remain the property of CodeJ2. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
Prohibited Uses
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of NotchX except where permitted by applicable law. You may not use NotchX to violate any applicable law or regulation.
Disclaimer of Warranties
NotchX is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CodeJ2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, NotchX.
Updates
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of CodeJ2's principal place of business.
